Free tier: We do not require an account. We may log request metadata (IP address, timestamp, URL processed) for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store the media files you download.
Paid tiers: We collect your email address and payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details). We retain records of your subscription and download history.
How we use data
To operate and improve the service, to enforce rate limits and terms of service, and to send transactional emails (receipts, subscription notices). We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use localStorage in your browser to store session preferences (rate limit counters, recent download history). No third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
Request logs are retained for 30 days. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
